Enventure is accredited the ISO 9001:2000 certification by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), an independent, global company specializing in risk management services. Kaizen Enventure has also implemented Kaizen, which is Japanese for "change for the better" or "improvement.” Translated to English, the term literally means "continuous improvement.” That’s our approach to productivity in all areas of operation. The Kaizen philosophy has helped Enventure:
Enventure has several internal Quality Circles, each of which is a small group of employees from the same work area, who voluntarily meet at regular intervals to identify, analyze, and resolve work-related problems.
